Is A Private Not-For-Profit Agency Exempt From Income Tax Under Section 501(C)(3) Of The Internal Revenue Code Which Provides A Nutrition Program, Encompassing Preparation And Distribution Of Meals, To Elderly And Incapacitated Individuals In And Around The Mercer County Area.

MEALS ON WHEELS OF TRENTON/EWING PROVIDES DAILY, HOME-DELIVERED MEALS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HOMEBOUND AND/OR UNABLE TO SHOP OR PREPARE MEALS FOR THEMSELVES. THESE MEALS-ON-WHEELS ARE DELIVERED BY VOLUNTEERS 5 DAYS PER WEEK. THE MEALS ARE PREPARED AT ARC MERCER, AND UP TO 3 MEALS PER DAY ARE AVAILABLE. THE MEALS ARE DELIVERED ONCE DAILY BY VOLUNTEERS.
